Refund/Return Policy
Capacity is on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive written confirmation from our office when we receive your payment/registration. If you have not received a confirmation within 10 days, please contact us. Your registration is not finalized until you receive a confirmation from our staff. Confirmations are generally sent via the email address you provide on your registration.
Refunds are offered within 3 days of purchase. After which, no refund will be offered subject to the following exceptions:

Your event experience can be rescheduled and a credit in that amount will be in your NEMA Institute account for use within one calendar year of the date of purchase.

In the event NEMA Institute cancels your event experience, due to force majeur, it will issue NEMA Institute credits to attendees and set up similar events for future dates.

As we do require a minimum number of registrants per date of event, if we do not meet this minimum (14 days prior to the event), or for any other reason beyond our control the event is canceled or postponed, the registration fee will be refunded in full.

Any “No Shows” will not qualify for a refund.

Please Note: NEMA Institute is not responsible for deposits to hotels, fees associated with necessary airline changes or non-refundable airline tickets.
